CONTRIBUTED BY SEASONS CHEF, RAMON THOMPSON, SEASONS CAMROSE INGREDIENTS 3 cups Mashed Potato (homemade or instant, follow box direction for instant) 1 Cup Vegetable or Chicken Broth 1 Cup Milk

½ Cup Pickle Juice ½ Cup Sour Cream 1 Tbs. Butter Salt & Pepper to taste ½ Heavy Whipping Cream Fresh Dill Chopped

INSTRUCTIONS 1) Heat and blend the first 6 ingredients together in a soup pot or use a hand blender if available. 2) Salt, pepper to taste and dill to simmer. 3) Add heavy cream, blend well and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. 4) Serve in a soup cup and garnish with a dill sprig.
