MULTI-SKILLS On Wednesday, February 15th, a group of Year 1 and 2 students traveled to West Bromwich Albion to compete in the Sandwell Multi-Skills Competition. The children had to complete a variety of challenges to earn points for their team, such as jumping, throwing, catching, and running. These tasks highlighted the agility, balance, and coordination of the children. Abbey excelled in every challenge, impressing the young leaders from Sandwell Academy who heard the team talking about using their agility during the slalom challenge. The children enjoyed taking part, working as a team, and cheering each other on. Abbey finished first overall, qualifying the team to represent Sandwell at the Black Country School Games in the Summer term. It was a fantastic morning! WINNERS! Thanks to Miss.
