Night at the movies! Y3 watching
MYTHS Year 3’s movie night in school was thoroughly enjoyed by all – not to mention the refreshments and snacks! As our topic this term is ‘The Ancient Greeks’, Disney's "Hercules" was the ideal animated film retelling the classic Greek myth - a tale of The Titans and the divine guests at Zeus and Hera's party. “The movie was very good and I liked the music”. Leart 3V “I would love more movie nights!” Aryaan 3V “It was so amazing where Hercules saves the girl from the monster”. Tahlia 3B “The animations were amazing and I really enjoyed spending time with my friends. Also, the snacks were great!” Ronan 3B “We all enjoyed the film with giggles and laughs”. Olive 3K “I enjoyed the film. We had crisps, biscuits and a refreshing drink. It was very dark, just like a real cinema”. Laila 3K

FRENCH FUN
During half term I visited Paris with my family. It was my first time on an aeroplane. I was very excited at take-off and had an amazing view of the countryside as we flew. I loved eating baguettes, croissants and macarons.Paris was very busy. I went to the Lourve and saw the Mona Lisa. It was much smaller than I expected. I also saw the Venus de Milo. I was surprised a statue with no arms was so popular. I really enjoyed going up the Eiffel Tower. You could see a long way from the top!
