Paycom and Outlook Photo Integration
The CX and IT functions are excited to roll out a new automation system designed for your convenience. The photo you upload to Paycom will automatically sync with Outlook and Teams. With this update, collaborators will only need to upload their photos in one place. This will allow collaborators to put faces to names when reading emails or chatting on Teams. Before you upload your photo to Paycom, please consider the following:
Please note, if you do not have a recent professional headshot, a selfie is perfectly fine if it follows the rules. After Flame Forward!, headshots taken at the conference will be uploaded to Paycom on your behalf. If you prefer to use a different headshot, you may upload one that meets the above guidelines once the conference photos have been added.
Make sure your photo is a headshot that clearly shows your face.
Use a photo taken within the past year.
Ensure you are the only person in the photo.
Make certain that the photo is professional and appropriate for the workplace. Headshots in business casual dress or Nightingale-branded clothing are preferred.
