PRACTICE THE PAUSE.
Even though our days will be packed with great learning opportunities and high-fives with friends, give yourself permission to pause. You can do this by taking a couple of slow breaths before engaging in conversation, savoring your food during lunch and dinner, or having a more formal meditation or mindfulness session. No matter how short the pause is, it helps us to calm our bodies and minds.
PRIORITIZE CONNECTION.

These connections help us recharge our batteries and remind us why we do the work we do. If your social battery feels drained from being in a room full of people, seek out meaningful one-on-one conversations. If you love group vibes, prioritize team dinners.
