BE AUTHENTIC.
At Nightingale, we want you to show up as your full and true self. This also goes for making connections. Being honest and authentic by practicing vulnerability, having an open mind, and truly listening during conversations can go a long way. You have so much to offer, exactly as you are, and there is no need to pretend to be something else.
Flame Forward! is our time to come together, make incredible memories, and get energized to go out into the world to help make it a better place. Use this time together to refresh, connect, and prepare for what lies ahead.
Some folks thrive in larger groups, while others crave one-on-one time. Some folks can talk all night, while others cher - ish some quiet moments. Do your best to understand your own connection needs and don’t be afraid to ask others what they are seeking. EVERYONE CONNECTS IN DIFFERENT

Making connections is something we need to be intentional about. We will be in an environment rich with opportunities to connect and collaborate, and it’s up to us to make the most of it. Take time to get to know the person sitting next to you during lunch or have a conversation with the newest member of your team. When we make the extra effort to connect, we all win.
