As part of our service, we will provide you with a weekly feedback report, detailing the Buyers’ opinions on your home’s style, layout, finishes, price and location. This report will allow us to continue with effective marketing tactics or make adjustments to better align with Buyers’ expectations.

Negotiation Monitoring the Market Successful contract negotiation isn’t just about price; it’s about securing favorable terms tailored to your needs.
