ADVISORS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL FOUR REQUIREMENTS BELOW 01/ Properties must have a listing price of $3 Million or above * 02/ Listing photography, video, floor plan, and other multimedia must be taken professionally 03/ Brand elements, layouts, and colors within the rennie signature suite cannot be altered or manipulated and elements from the standard marketing templates cannot be mixed with the signature suite 04/ Signage and marketing collateral must be printed through the Lucidpress print portal on the elevated materials outlined in Lucidpress

* If the property is under the $3 Million price point, contact a Managing Broker for approval.

Failure to comply with one or more of the above requirements will result in a $3,000 fine which will be reflected on your subsequent months’ expense statement and/or a requirement to become compliant with all of the above requirements, including the $3,000 fine.
