"THE BOOK OF REVELATION EXPLAINED"

Dignity

Durability

This book is now made so plain that all believers can understand it. There are 13 statements that could only be fulfilled with our modern inventions, proving the stage is set. 2. "God's Great Judgment on Russia and the Battle of Armageddon." With an analysis of future prophetic events. 3. "The Great Prophecy about the Last Days." A marvelous picture from the Bible of the days in which we live. 4. "The Great Sovereignty of God and How He Rules the World." It explains one of the most misunderstood subjects in the Bible. 5. "God's Way of Redemption." A very im portant Bible Exposition. 6. "The Great Problems of the Middle East in the Light of the Bible." It explains the Jewish Arab situation. 7. "The Fall of Man, the Curse, and how Christ Redeemed us from the Curse when He was Crucified." All seven for $1.50 REV. ANDREW OLSEN Bible Expositor, Sequim, Washington

out into the light of public glare; but, instead of dealing properly with them, the public has identified itself with them. In all too many instances this nefarious conduct has been ap propriated as normal living rather than exposed for the satanic thing it is. Everyone is the loser.- Let us pray, Pray, PRAY as never before that somehow, cost what it may, there might sweep over this land a great upsurge of true revival and evangelism ere the Lord returns and that, once again, we as a peo ple might find ourselves being guided and governed by a Bible-based mo rality which alone will produce a cli mate in which God is recognized and the Lord Jesus Christ is given His rightful place in the hearts and lives of individuals. Science (continued) reminiscent of those who opposed the building of the Panama Canal and supported their position by quot ing the words of our Lord with re gard to human divorce, “What God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” They referred to the join ing of the American continents. The classic story about quoting out of context tells of a minister who did not like the hair style of the ladies of his congregation and preached on the text: “ Top-knot, come down,” which is a portion o f : “ Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take anything out o f his house.” This shallowness is quickly recognized by those who are not par ticularly sympathetic to the gospel of salvation by grace, and a popular magazine reported that when the minister’s church was moved by public funds to a better location, his wrath was changed to delight, and he was in the forefront o f those who congratulated Robert Moses for his achievement, and also that he went out of his way to pose for photogra phers. Unfortunately, this produces an image of ministers in general in the minds of an undiscerning public. Scientific progress has made pos sible the building of bigger and bet ter bridges, culminating in the pres ent Verrazano Narrows masterpiece. But no man can ever bridge the gap between God and man, for this is im possible because o f our sinful na ture. By becoming incarnate in hu man flesh, the Lord Jesus Christ ac complished this and became the only mediator between God and man. To Him we owe all that we have, and in Him in our only hope of eternal life.
