Summary: Supervise all of the Public Works Department County Roads operations, administer and manage the design, planning, and the construction and maintenance of the County road system while ensuring that all of these are efficiently and economically executed within the budget, according to accepted engineering standards and in accordance with the municipal and provincial regulations and the County. FULL-TIME PERMANENT POSITION (37.5 HOURS / WEEK) SUMMARY
Reporting to the Vice-President – Clinical Programs, the position is responsible for the management of services, re- sources and projects related to perioperative services and diagnostic care. The director is also responsible for supervis- ing and directing a diverse team of clinicians and support staff. The Director will develop and establish strategic clinical programs internally and within the community based on the organizational strategic directions/ plans and in collaboration with the Vice-President. The roles and responsibilities of this position also include project development and manage- ment, monitoring and controlling budgets, contributing to the hospital’s strategic goals and priorities, and establishing high clinical standards and best practices. REQUIREMENTS University Degree in health administration, business administration or clinical management, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Nursing will be considered an asset. A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory management experience in a hospital or community health organization, or equivalent. Project management experience. Community relations experience in the health sector. Ability to manage systemic changes and develop new services in a multidisciplinary environment .
