That flexibility extends to materials, budgets, and even geography. While most of their projects fall within 90 minutes of Floyd, they’ve consulted on projects far beyond — offering their guidance when building directly isn’t feasible. And yet, for all the scale and complexity, it comes back to something simple. “We treat people how we want to be treated,” Matt says. That includes subcontractors — tradespeople who are paid on time, respected, and often invited into the office to share ideas and innovations. “That loyalty goes both ways,” he explains.
“We don’t push an agenda, we meet them where they are. Then we build it better .”
