Please join the Women’s Mining Coalition for the 27th Annual Fly-In to Washington D.C. on April 28 – May 2, 2019. Goals: • Raise awareness of WMC, its mission, and its members; • Discuss issues of importance to the mining industry with members of Congress and their staff; • Showcase how women benefit from working in and supporting a robust domestic mining industry; and • Network with other women in all facets of the mining industry. Other AMA members recognized with Green Star certification are Lynden and TerraSond . The Green Star ® Award focuses on all aspects of operations and examine all waste streams, including solid waste, hazard- ous waste, recyclable material and waste water. By meeting the Green Star ® standards, these organizations can demonstrate to the public that they have gone well beyond compliance with environmental regulations and have voluntarily implemented a thorough waste prevention and pollution prevention plan.
