As the company grew, so did the responsibility.
“When you get to the point where you have employees, you realize somebody else is depending on us,” she says. “Their paychecks, their families are dependent on us. And I don’t think we’ve ever taken that lightly.”

Then she offers an image every business owner understands immediately.
“As a business owner, you drive into your business and in the parking lot are all those cars. And those are all people that are depending on you every day.” A Company Built Around Solving Problems Winton Machine began with dedicated hand- bending fixtures and eventually grew into a manufacturer of more than 100 models of tube and coax fabrication equipment.
Yet Lisa describes its purpose far more simply. “At the end of the day, we solve problems.”
The company’s machinery now serves customers across refrigeration, HVAC, aerospace, defense, energy, data-center cooling and space exploration. Winton’s proprietary software and automation have become central to that work, particularly as manufacturers face increasing workforce pressures. “The machines are not becoming less complicated,” Lisa says. “They’re not simple machines, but they’re simple-to-use machines. There’s a big difference.”
