Created in partnership with the Florida Building Material Association’s Inaugural Women of Lumber & Building Materials Summit, this edition brings together influential women from across American business and industry alongside powerful editorial stories examining the challenges, opportunities and changing landscape facing women today. Inside, we also explore the broader movement of women building the future of American industry — from entrepreneurs creating companies and executives reshaping organizations from within, to women forging careers in traditionally male-dominated fields and the businesses, associations and leaders working to make those paths stronger for the generation that follows.
