Congratulations to Robert Cook , a Driver in Lakeland, FL, on receiving the GEM Award in August! Robert was nominated by David Plunkett, a Territory Manager in Florida, who wrote, “Robert does such a great job with all the clients in Southeast Florida, often going out of his way to help them rearrange their storage facility before making his delivery. One client, the folks at Parkland Country Club, told me how Robert will come in and say, “I’m punched in Boss, what do you need me to do for you today?”They also told me, “If there is anything you can do to give that guy some recognition for his outstanding efforts, make sure you do it!” Robert is a great example of the exceptional work of all the drivers we have at our company. He is such a joy to work with, always has a great attitude, and everywhere he goes he does all he can to keep ‘Growing a Better World’!” We received 12 GEM nominations for August! Tammy Hester, also an Accounts Payable Specialist in Lakeland, FL, wrote, “When Steve notices a co- worker doesn't have a ride home and is walking in this extreme Florida heat, he will offer them a ride. I know he's given Alejandro (a team member in our warehouse) a ride. Steve is always looking for ways to help out a co-worker.
