LIFE ESSENTIALS PROGRAM
When you enroll in Voluntary Life insurance you automatically have access to Florida Blue’s Life Essentials Program. This program offers you access to the following services.
• Will preparation • Emotional support • Legal services • End of Life care and support • Greif counseling
You also can access referrals to local and national programs that ma y provide housing, food, prescription assistance, financial assistance, and behavioral health services.
FLORIDA BLUE’S DISCOUNT SAVINGS PROGRAM is also apart of their Life Essential Program. The Discount Program provides discounts on services such as:
• Weight management • Hearing • Fitness • Vision • Oral health • Books • Etc.
