We are in the final days of Industry-Leading Hospitality Challenge, which offers you an opportunity to win a $250 gift card! Join the challenge by providing examples of how our team is (or could be) delivering industry- leading hospitality to our members, as outlined in our Mission statement. There are two ways to submit your examples. If you are reading this announcement on your phone, just email your example to bdaley@frenchmanscreek.com, or if you’re reading it on a computer or a printed flyer, just scan the QR Code below and send it using the form that will appear on your phone. Mr. Tucker will review all of the examples submitted, and any that merit being shared more widely will be eligible for the $250 gift card. As mentioned in previous issues of the Creek & Co. newsletter, our Food & Beverage facilities are truly outstanding, and we can’t wait for you to see everything they have to offer.

To keep the momentum going, we’ll be sharing new information each week leading up to the opening— including fun facts, updates, and sneak peeks.

Plus, we’ll be launching weekly quizzes with raffle prizes to help everyone stay engaged and informed. Stay tuned—and get ready to celebrate this exciting milestone with us!

EMPLOYEES AND LEADER OF THE QUARTER CRITERIA Purpose To recognize outstanding contributions by Front-

Annual Consideration Quarterly winners become eligible for the Employee or Leader of the Year Award, announced at the annual Holiday Celebration. Leadership Engagement: Leaders must actively participate in the nomination process. Any Leader who does not participate is ineligible to receive a nomination that quarter. Documentation & Transparency All nominations and voting records are maintained in Google Docs. Nomination and selection criteria are communicated to staff throughout the quarterly newsletter.

Recognition also serves as a pipeline for candidacy toward annual awards. Scope Applies to all local employees (FOH, BOH, and Leaders) who meet eligibility requirements and are actively employed at the time of award presentation. Eligibility Criteria Nominees must meet all of the following requirements:

Length of Service: Minimum of six consecutive months of employment at Frenchman’s Creek (local employees only). Time in Position: Held current position for at least six months. Active Employment: Must be employed at the time of the award. Performance: Demonstrates sustained superior performance, innovation, collaboration, and best practices. Must be endorsed by the department director. Attitude: Consistently positive, professional, and cooperative with colleagues, management, and members. Disciplinary Record: No written warnings or disciplinary actions within the past six months.

Recognition & Follow-Up

Winners are announced Club-wide at the end of each quarter via the Creek & Co. newsletter. Recognition includes public acknowledgment during a special brunch hosted by Mr. Tucker, a certificate, trophy, gift card, and eligibility for annual awards. Quarterly winners automatically proceed as nominees for Employee or Leader of the Year. Final selections are made by the Executive Management Team and announced at the Holiday Celebration.

Nomination & Selection Process Timing: Nominations open each quarter via a shared Google Doc. Who Can Nominate: All staff members; limited to one nomination per eligible category per person. Categories: One FOH employee, one BOH employee, one Leader per nominator. Executive Selection: After nominations close, the Executive Management Team reviews and votes for the winner using Google Docs. Winners are those receiving the highest votes in each category.

Employee Grievance/Open Door Reporting Procedure

Reports of harassment, discrimination and all other employee grievances will be addressed in a fair and equal manner for all employees through the proper chain of command. Every effort is made to maintain and preserve a good working environment and to resolve any issues in the best interest of all parties involved. To maintain employee morale and efficiency, Frenchman’s Creek has established the following grievance and reporting procedure:

1. You should report the problem with your immediate supervisor or the Human Resources Director.

2. If you feel that you will be prejudiced or uncomfortable in reporting or discussing a situation with your supervisor, you may communicate directly with the Human Resources Director. 3. Frenchman’s Creek has an Open-Door policy for every employee who feels he/she has not been treated fairly or who feels their concerns have not been addressed. 4. All complaints of harassment, discrimination or retaliation will be investigated promptly in as an impartial and confidential manner as possible. Employees are required to cooperate in any investigation. You will always have access to the Human Resources Department if you wish to follow-upon a complaint or feel that action has not been taken on your complaint.
