Bestowed by East Wind- sor Township Mayor Janice Mironov, the award recognizes Advance’s successfully reposi- tioning of Windsor Center, a 130,233 s/f retail site at 440 Rte. 130 South. In 2012, a joint-venture partnership of Advance Realty and Structure Tone Equities acquiredWind- sor Center and subsequently repositioned the property by investing significant capital to improve its appearance and operations.
