Located in the greater Baltimore metro. region St. John Properties signs three new fast-casual restaurant leases
B ALTIMORE, MD — St. John Properties, Inc. has signed leases that will add three new fast- casual restaurant concepts to its portfolio of business com- munities in the greater Bal- timore metropolitan region. Royal Karma expects to open in late summer at Annapolis Technology Park. El Toro Bravo anticipates opening at BWI Technology Park II near BWI Airport in the fall, and Squisito Pizza and Pasta anticipates an early spring opening at Yorkridge Center North in Baltimore County. Annapolis Technology Park is a 29-acre mixed-use com- munity located at the inter- section of Riva Rd. and Harry S Truman Parkway. On completion BWI Tech- nology Park will consist of seven commercial office, flex/ office and retail buildings comprisingmore than 275,000 s/f of space near the intersec- tion of West Nursery Rd. and MD Rte. 295 near BWI Air- Prussia Mall in PA, including a 150,000+ s/f connection, which links the existing Plaza with the existing Court buildings. This is an especially complex construction project as it re- quires zero interference with the existing operations of one of the largest Malls in the US. Furthermore, the connection will span the Mall’s busiest internal roadways providing access to the Plaza and Court, as well as the PA Tpke.. With a project this size, multiple parties are involved and com- munication between various consultants is extremely im- portant to the project. Project Meetings are held on a regular basis with the entire develop- ment team to ensure that each respective member is doing their part in keeping the devel- opment moving. Communication is a funda- mental component of meeting project goals and ultimately completing a successful proj- ect. Effective communication equals developments completed on schedule and as efficiently as possible, maximizing the owners’ return on investment. Matthew I.
