OGAN TOWNSHIP, NJ — Dermody Prop- erties recently revised the master plan for Logisti- Center Logan, a 1,100-acre, master-planned industrial park in Logan Township. The remaining 12 parcels in LogistiCenter Logan have been redesigned tomeet awide range of industrial requirements. All facilities are now planned with the capability to provide ample car and trailer parking, more efficient lighting, greater clear height and other features to give tenants greater flexibility in their operations. accommodate rail service. “Anticipating demand, we want to ensure we provide the best possible facilities for our customers,” said Gene Preston , partner, Dermody Properties East Region Office. “The updates we made to the LogistiCenter Logan master plan ensure every future facil- ity in the park will be state-of- the-art.” Dermody Properties worked with architectural firm Ware Malcomb to update the park’s master plan to meet the chang- ing needs of warehousing, dis- tribution and e-commerce op- erations. “The newly updated Logisti- Center Logan master plan was an exciting collaboration where we contributed our expertise in industrial distribution and e-commerce facilities design,” saidWareMalcomb regional di- rector, Michael Bennett . “The flexibility of the plan reflects Dermody Properties’ leader- ship in the region’s industrial market.” LogistiCenter Logan is a 1,100-acre industrial park with 12 lots available ranging from 17,000 to 1,000,755 s/f. Upon build out, the park will accom- modate over 7.4 million s/f of industrial, distribution and light manufacturing facilities. "The new master plan for LogistiCenter Logan aligns with our commit- ment to customer service and developing the highest quality industrial facilities."
