MA L V E RN , P A — Binswanger , an interna- tional full service real estate organization, announces it represented Saint-Gobain in the site-search and negotia- tion of a long-term lease for the company’s newheadquar- ters in North America. Fol- lowing an extensive search, Saint-Gobain selected the campus-like, 65-acre site at 20 Moores Rd. in Malvern. The Moores Rd. site will be completely re-developed as a U.S. Green Building Council LEED certified fa- cility for Saint-Gobain and its North American construction materials subsidiary, Cer- tainTeed Corporation.
