This is an intense full-body workout. 45 min BARRE A low-impact ballet-inspired workout that uses intensive isometric movements & props to sculpt and firm your body. 50 min. BODYPUMP® A barbell workout that will shape and tone your body. BOOT CAMP A rigorous outdoor workout that integrates running, interval training, weights, plyometrics, and body weight. Work at your own pace to push yourself further and harder in your training. 60 min. CARDIO DANCE Choreographed to the hottest hits, this class will help you develop better coordination, rhythm, flexibility, and most importantly, self-expression. 50 min. CTBC (Cardio Total Body Conditioning) Interval training offering high/low options designed to work your entire body by alternating strength with cardio. All levels. 60 min. DEEP STRETCH 45 minutes of focused slow stretching to release muscle tightness and lengthen deeper connective tissue. FIRESTARTER Cross-training at its best! This total body challenge offers 3 blocks of intense exercise using the Concept 2 Rower in addition to other strength modalities, all to transform the body. 45 min. FIRESTARTER 101 All the benefits of FireStarter but without the extreme. 45 min. GENTLE YOGA A Hatha yoga geared toward those who desire to move at a slower pace. Gentle yoga focuses on breath awareness, increasing flexibility, and gaining strength. 60 min. HITT A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbells, weight plates, and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. 30 min. LIA (Low-impact Aerobics) A cardio segment, followed by a strength and flexibility segment, both maintaining a low-impact profile. All levels. 50 min. MINDFUL YOGA A “meditation in motion” style of yoga to stretch, strengthen, and create stamina, purification and renewal in all areas: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. 60 min. PILATES A series of exercises designed to strengthen the muscles of the core, or “the power house,” as Joseph Pilates called it. Pilates teaches awareness of breathing and the alignment of the spine to strengthen and elongate muscles. 50 min. POWER YOGA This more challenging yoga class begins with integrating the mind to the mat, detoxifying the body, opening the hips and ending with rejuvenation and deep rest. Increased strength, vitality and physical power are achieved through different sections. 70 min. RIDE Use your console, metrics, and music to raise the intensity as a team. This class allows each person to control his or her level of intensity. 45 min. RIDE RENEGADE 30 minutes high intensity cycling + 30 minutes strength training. RIDEXT A 30-minute pure high-intensity ride. No weights. STEP Incorporates a set of moves creating a routine that burns calories, builds strength, improves balance, & increases flexibility using a step. 60 min. STRENGTH FUSION This class will fuse two disciplines to balance and strengthen all muscle groups while challenging the core muscles. All levels welcomed. THERA YOGA An extra gentle approach to yoga focusing on strength, balance and posture. This healing form of exercise is accessible to all ages and body conditions. 60 min. TRIDEX 30 minutes on the bike followed by 30 minutes on the TRX suspension trainers to increase overall body strength. TRIPLE THREAT-T3 Three 20-minute blocks of athletic-based cardio, strength, and core exercises using weights and your own body weight. Max effort and extreme results. TRX BASIC Suspension Training This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance, and developing basic foundational exercises through easy-to- follow progression. 30 min. TRX Building upon the basic TRX suspension training moves, this level introduces more challenging exercises. These classes move at a faster tempo and assume clients understand the progressions of each movement. 45 minutes. TRXFIT Two unique blocks of strength exercises: TRX Suspension Trainers + slam balls, kettle bells, and other weight tools. TRX Basic is recom- mended before taking this class. 50 min. WOD (Workout of the Day) 10 minutes on joint range-of-motion movements followed by 40 minutes of structured exercises to increase strength and functional work capacity, challenging all muscle groups. 50 min. YOGA Combination of breathing exercises, physical postures, and meditation practiced to promote control of the body and mind. Yoga reduces stress and promotes overall wellness. 60 min. ZUMBA Latin-style dance class providing fitness benefits through interval training intended to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. 50 min.
