expectations with families before an enrollment commitment is required. The school ensures that its admission process and commitment deadlines do not restrict unnecessarily the rights of families to make well-informed decisions about enrollment. ●​ MRA clearly communicates the policies and procedures of the school, member associations, and/or athletic leagues that may affect a family’s decision to enroll. ●​ MRA recognizes the right of currently enrolled students and families to consider other educational options, and if a transfer is initiated, the current school provides appropriate documentation and support in a timely manner, including reminding the family of any policies related to contractual obligations to the current school. Madison-Ridgeland Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. MRA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, tuition assistance program, athletic, and other school-administered programs. 4.​ STUDENT DISMISSAL OR EXPULSION The Principals may impose disciplinary sanctions up to expulsion from the School. In the event of an expulsion recommendation by the Principal, the Disciplinary Review Committee will vote to determine expulsion. The Disciplinary Review Committee will be composed of the High School Dean and Middle School Dean and the High School, Middle School, and Elementary Principals. The Principal recommending the expulsion is not part of the review process. The Head of School holds the final decision on appeal of any case of expulsion.

DECLARATION OF FAITH A Christian foundation has two cornerstones – orthodoxy and orthopraxy. Madison-Ridgeland Academy affirms and teaches both of these historic truths of the Christian tradition. Orthodoxy: (Right Belief) •​ MRA affirms, teaches, and is ordered by the historic Christian faith as understood and taught through the universal creeds of the Christian church (Nicene and Apostles). •​ MRA affirms and teaches a God who is understood as triune, that is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, three distinct persons, yet one in unity. •​ MRA affirms and teaches the birth, life and teachings, death, resurrection, and return of Jesus Christ and salvation that is assured through His sacrifice and resurrection. •​ MRA affirms and teaches the Holy Spirit as the indwelling presence of God active in the life of every Christian, and we affirm the Church universal, made up of all who believe upon the name of Jesus. •​ MRA affirms and teaches the Holy Scripture (the Old Testament and the New Testament) as the true, authoritative, and inspired Word of God which we believe and strive to obey.
