The ideal candidate will have the ability and skills to lead our sales team, marketing and revenue teams to strategically drive a cohesive commercial plan for the Hotel.

At least two years Management experience in a similar position is required.

This role involves developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand positioning, and maximise profitability across all business areas.

Key responsibilities:

 Develop and implement strategic sales, marketing, and revenue plans across all departments.  Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams for the Hotel  Working with senior leadership team on commercial strategy of Sales Marketing and Revenue and brand development for Rooms, Spa, Leisure, Golf, Conference, corporate meetings and events.  Strengthen hotel branding, digital presence, and PR to enhance market positioning.  Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers to secure future events.  Research, pursue and secure residential conferences, corporate meetings and events for The Slieve Russell.  Engage with Destination Management Companies (DMC’s) and event planners t o drive awareness and bookings.  Maximise ancillary revenue through the promotion of F&B, Golf and Spa services.  Ensure E-marketing is carried out and creative e-zines are produced and distributed to the leisure and corporate market;  Oversee e-marketing campaigns, producing creative content and targeted e-zines.  Manage the hotel's online presence, including website, OTAs, and social media, to drive direct bookings  Work closely with the revenue management team to optimise pricing, segmentation, and channel strategies.  E nsure the hotel’s technology infrastructure is leveraged for maximum efficiency.  Monitor and analyse financial performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy. Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies.  Strong expertise in hospitality sales, marketing, digital strategy, and revenue management.  Commercial driven with proactive sales approach.  Experience in digital Marketing, PR, and brand development.  At least 2 years of Management experience in Rooms, Leisure, Conference, Corporate Meetings and Events.  Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.  Highly motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative meeting targets and deadlines.  Strong analytical skills with problem solving capabilities
