In the US, we achieved two additional Falcon FFG placements, as well as another two Ibis FFG placements, plus another Falcon installed in South America. Significantly, three of the five installations were repeat orders with existing customers. Another three installations were pushed into 2023 due to construction delays or supply chain issues with plant construction ma- terials. All Isowa shipments were on-time as promised.” “Given the unprecedented increase in new machine sales, parts sales, and service and training activities over the last two-plus years, Isowa America’s move to our new facility in March 2020 (four times larger than our previous location!) has been key to our continued growth. The huge amount of added space in the new facility is allowing Iso- wa America to significantly increase our spare parts inven- tory and provides for a more professional field service and engineering base with increased staffing levels to provide top-notch customer service and support. Isowa America is better poised than ever to provide the rapid response times required by our installed base for service, technical support and parts availability. “It appears that 2023 will be yet another record year for Isowa America with all machine slots booked months ago. Installations this year will include six new Falcon FFGs, two of which are right-hand machines, and three new Ibis FFGs. An additional two Falcon FFGs have been booked to ship in 2023 to install in early 2024, and so far there are already four more FFGs booked for shipment and installa- tion in 2024.
