Let’s be real —life gets stressful! It’s so easy to get swept up in responsibilities and forget to give your mind and body the rest they need. The truth is, if you don’t make time for yourself, you’re missing out on the care and balance you deserve!

Close your eyes and go to a beautiful place in your mind, such as the beach. Imagine yourself walking along the beach. Feel the sand between your toes and the sun shining down on you. For 30 seconds, count the amount of steps you take.

It doesn’t matter how many steps you counted. What matters is that for 30 seconds, your mind focused on calm imagery, breaking the cycle of stress and redirecting your thoughts to peace. Sometimes, a mental stroll is all it takes to reset.
