PROJECT SUMMARY
A Women Enterprise Development Program to foster the mindset change that makes it a reliable creator of new Women enterprises that grow into successful medium or large-sized companies. The project is based on the Lean Startup approach: Agile Development, Business model generation, and Customer development. The primary focus of the project will be to identify women enterprises, incubate these enterprises and scale them to medium and large enterprises in the next one year.
The project will take in 100 women enterprises, provide support through the business clinics, and graduate at least 4 sustainable women startups with the growth potential to become mid-large size companies PROJECTED IMPACT

An entrepreneurial capacity building program for women agro-entrepreneurs by raising awareness about the use of new technologies and preparing financing. This is a support program aimed at accelerating the growth of companies led by women in the Ségou region of Mali through technology, skills building and economic networking.
