The first total precast building in downtown Richmond, VA, the 12-story Locks Tower apartment structure showcases the versatility, cost efficiency, and speed of construction available through Metromont’s total precast MetroDeck System. Metromont provided a total precast complete building envelope including an architectural precast finish and paintable interior finish on precast walls.
