ROCS The quickest and easiest way to order products from our Fine Foods range is to use our fast and intuitive online ordering system, commonly known as ROCS (Ramsden Order Capture System). ROCS gives you complete ordering flexibility; you are in control of your order and can: • Browse over 24,000 products • Filter to over 3,000 Fine Foods products • View specific product details, such as nutrition and attributes • Create shipments • Save your favourites • Review, submit and confirm your order online • Consider substitute items for discontinued products • View your order status and previously ordered items HOW TO ORDER
Searching for products could not easier; simply follow these three steps:
Log in at rocs.ramsden-international.com using your username and password. If you do not have an account set up, please send us an enquiry through our website or call +44 (0) 1472 315 610.

Click the yellow ‘Browse product range’ tab to view our full selection of over 24,000 products, including the items featured within our Fine Foods range.

Use the search bar to search for specific products by product code, brand or description. Alternatively, you can streamline your search and filter products by range and category using the filter buttons and drop-down menu options on the left side of the page. For all Fine Foods products, select ‘Range’, ‘Ambient Groceries’ then ‘Fine Foods’.
