Ordering It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order meet the import requirements for your country. Please ensure that products meet import requirements before ordering, and required documentation is advised and agreed before order confirmation. Ramsden International warrants that all products supplied shall conform with all relevant UK legislation but shall have no liability for ensuring that the products it supplies shall conform in the destination country. Orders cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to request a deposit on receipt of your order. Orders are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions (available on request). Availability Products are subject to manufacturers’ availability. For orders of large case quantities per product, please note that we will need 2 weeks’ notice to make stock available. Every effort will be made to ensure that you receive your orders with the highest levels of availability possible; however, we cannot accept liability for short deliveries. Where products are temporarily unavailable substitution options may be available. Please speak to your Export Account Advisor for further details. Minimum Order Value (MOV) Before placing your order, please check that you have achieved the minimum order value for our Fine Foods range. Fine Foods MOV: £500 GBP (product codes begin with 4 ) Shelf Life You can view the shelf life for each product on our online ordering system (ROCS). We understand how important shelf life is when shipping internationally and we will always share the shortest shelf life available on your quotes. Where shelf life information is available at quotation stage, by confirming the quotation you are accepting this date at a minimum. It is your responsibility to make sure that the ingredients and shelf life of each product are acceptable for your destination county. We are, however, very happy to assist you with assessment. Delivery We offer various modes of transport and Incoterms for your deliveries, subject to the rules of Incoterms 2021. Goods can be collected FCA, or delivered directly to your premises by air, road and sea where available. Please ask your Account Manager or Export Account Advisor for a delivered price using our competitive international freight services. Prices Quotes will not include additional charges such as freight, documentation and reprocessing. These charges will be added once your order has been confirmed. We reserve the right at any time before the delivery, to increase the charge for the additional services and the price quoted to reflect any increase in cost which is due to any factor beyond our control including, but not limited to: any foreign exchange fluctuation; currency regulation or alteration of duties; any

change in the purchase price of the goods; any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the goods, which may be requested or result from inadequate information or instructions; any other failure which causes a delay. Prices are valid for a limited time based on our pricing periods. The validity dates are shown on quotations. Claims We are committed to ensuring that goods arrive in good time and condition. However, if you have experienced an occurrence where this is not the case, please inform us within the specified timescales. Claims for goods delivered by air, road and sea must be made within 8 weeks of the goods arriving, as per our regular claims policy. When placing a claim, please clearly state the order it relates to, invoice number and date received. Please advise product codes and confirm quantities affected, including the specification of units or cases affected. If on delivery your goods do not appear to be in good condition, please ensure that this is clearly marked, signed and dated on the delivery paperwork. Supporting evidence must include, but is not limited to, photographs of any damaged items (palletised and individually) and the insufficient shelf life to what was provided during quote stage. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for consequential losses related to goods supplied by Ramsden International, such as loss of sales, handling costs or destruction of goods. Once goods are out of Ramsden International’s care, we reserve the right to reject any claim where a third party has undertaken responsibility of the goods, and any issue has not been raised by them at the point of handover.
