THE SHED RESTAURANT This Notting Hill neighborhood restaurant is the brilliant
tattoo artist and an award-winning perfume designer. The accommodations are deluxe, yet striking. If you book the Mandrake Suite you’ll sleep in an exotic Arabian tented bed. The Penthouse is a symphony in white, including a Veronese marble bed frame, cashmere mattress, steam room, and a Jacuzzi with its own retractable roof. The Local and Wild Tasting Menu highlights wild foraged and locally grown farm vegetables, served alongside sustainable livestock from the family farm. Sweets like rhubarb mille feuille, thyme pastry cream and praline sherbert are as innovative and complex as the main dishes. Wine is from the family run Nutbourne vineyard, even Mom Galdwin got in on the action and designed the labels.
