Any players after 15, who are signed up by June 4, will play in a one-day playoff for the final spot on June 7. F ORMING OF T EAMS : Make your own team. Teams can be made up of two women or mixed (a man and a woman). P AIRINGS AND S TARTING T IMES : Matches make their own times and pairings.
