MEMBERS
1. Valet services begin at 9:00 AM. 2. Transportation is available from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM from the Main Club to the Beach Club. Members may request the shuttle service from the Valet stand or by calling 561.593.4411. 3. Valet parking is offered at the Beach Club from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. 4. Members or their guests accompanied by a support animal must register the animal with the POA. 5. Members and their guests have access to the inside dining room, restrooms, outdoor dining, pool, cabana, outdoor restrooms, beach access, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and toiletries. The Beach Club staff reserves the right to limit access during dangerous weather conditions. 6. The Beach Club is available for Member Events on Sundays throughout the year. 7. The Beach Club is available to rent for Member weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. These private events are subject to dedicated pricing.
GUESTS
1. All guests must be registered with the POA to use the facilities without a Member present. 2. Members may not register single-day guests to use the facilities without Member presence. 3. Unregistered guests must be accompanied by a Member.
DINING
1. Complimentary coffee is available in the dining room beginning at 9:00 AM. 2. Refreshments and meals may be ordered upon arrival to the Beach Club, by placing an order with a beach attendant, or by calling from your location. 561.624.3400. All orders will be delivered to your location on the pool deck or the beach. 3. To-go containers are available for the Sunday Brunch Buffet for those who choose to enjoy their brunch on the beach. 4. The current Beach Club menu is always available on the FC mobile app, Member Home website, and the Club Communications emails.
BEACH AND POOL DECK
1. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Members may not place personal items to reserve space for later use. 2. The beach attendants are available to place beach lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas upon request. Throughout the day, many are available on the sand, but if additional are needed, please alert the staff. 3. Umbrellas are available in low-wind conditions. Per manufacturer guidelines, umbrellas may always be used in wind below 15 MPH. In wind conditions between 15-30 MPH, umbrellas are available at the discretion of the staff. In wind conditions above 30 MPH, umbrellas will not be permitted. 4. Use of Frenchman’s Creek furniture is only available within the property line. 5. The shores of Juno Beach are public. 6. The pool is heated year-round.

Animals: Juno Beach does not allow animals on its shores. The dog beach is located north of mile marker 0. Service animals must be registered with the POA.
Attendant: Beach attendants are staffed 7 days a week from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Beach: Public use beach of Juno Beach, FL.
Beach chair: Chairs are preset at the beach for your convenience from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Due to limited space and unlimited demand during peak season, beach access is on a first come, first serve basis.
Beach clean up: The Beach Club and Marketing teams host two seasonal beach clean ups. One is held in the fall, and another in the spring.
Beach table: Beach tables are placed beside chairs.
Beach towel: Beach towels are available at the cabana. Please leave towels at the Beach Club for future use. Please return towels that you have taken home to the Main Club. Beach umbrella: Beach umbrellas are available in low-wind conditions. Per manufacturer guidelines, umbrellas may always be used in wind below 15 MPH. In wind conditions between 15-30 MPH, umbrellas are available at the discretion of the manager on duty. In wind conditions above 30 MPH, umbrellas will not be permitted.
B Beach use: Available to all Members and their registered guests. Guests must be registered through the POA.
Beach service: Place orders inside the beach club, with the beach attendants or by calling the main phone number (561.624.3400) to place a delivery order to the beach.
Beach Conditions: Conditions are posted daily on the sign near the walkway. Please follow advisories and swim at your own risk.
Beach camera: A 24/7 live beach camera is available on the FC website.
Beach attendant: Attendants are available to carry chairs, bring refreshments and amenities, and take food orders.
Brunch: Every Sunday, brunch is held at the Beach Club from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
Birds: Do not feed the birds. They leave a mess behind. C Cabana: The cabana refers to the outside restrooms and attached toiletries and refreshments.
Camera: A 24/7 live beach camera is available on the FC website.

Dogs: The Town of Juno Beach does not permit dogs on its beaches. The dog beach is located a few miles north in Jupiter, Florida.
Dress code: Lunch (Inside): Shorts, skirts, dresses, t-shirts, workout attire other than uncovered or wet bathing suits (towels are not considered covering). Lunch (Outside): Shorts, skirts, dresses, t-shirts, workout attire. Dinner: Appropriate shorts (including golf wear), pants, slacks (including jeans), skirts, dresses, collared shirts, uncollared fashion or golf shirts. F Food and Drink: Place orders inside the beach club, with the beach attendants or by calling the main phone number (561.624.3400) to place a delivery order to the beach.
G Guests: Guests must be registered with the POA to enjoy the Beach Club without the presence of the Member. Unregistered guests must be accompanied by the Member. Immediate Family Guests may use the recreational and clubhouse facilities (golf, racquet sports, fitness center, beach club, card rooms, business center/library and dining areas) an unlimited number of times per year when accompanied by the Primary Certificate Holder and a maximum of thirty (30) days per year if not accompanied by the Primary Certificate Holder; provided however, that during the period of time described in Article IV Section 3(D)(i)(x) of the Declaration: (i) all family members identified to the POA who qualify as Immediate Family Guests of the deceased Primary Certificate Holder may use the recreational and clubhouse facilities subject to the thirty (30) day per year limitation; and (ii) in addition one family member who is a lineal descendant, stepchild, or stepchild’s lineal descendant of the deceased Primary Certificate Holder, and the spouse of such family member, if any, who is/are identified in writing to the POA, may use the recreational and clubhouse facilities during the period of time described in Article IV Section 3(D)(i)(x) of the Declaration, and shall not be subject to such thirty (30) day maximum. For purposes of Section III(B)(2)(a)(ii), once a family member and spouse is designated, the designation may not be changed. Non-Immediate Family Guests may use the Recreational Facilities, subject to the terms of these Rules, a maximum of fifteen (15) days per year. Weather Forecast and Conditions for Juno Beach, FL - The Weather Channel | Weather.com J Jellyfish: Jellyfish and Man-o-war are always part of the natural habitat at Juno Beach. Jellyfish season is from March to October. Juno Beach: Juno Beach is a protected Loggerhead turtle nesting ground. Thus, any use of machinery is prohibited all year around. Turtle season is from March to November. K Kids: Children are always welcome. There is no lifeguard on duty and all families acknowledge that swimming, enjoying the beach, and activities near open water are at your own risk. L Lobster Night Dinners: Lobster Night Dinners are held throughout the season. Please refer to the Season Handbook for exact dates.
Lockers: Day lockers, Showers and Toiletries are available in both men and women’s cabana bathrooms.
Lunch: The full lunch menu is offered from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. Cold sandwiches, cookies and chips are available from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
M Man-O-War: Jellyfish and Man-o-war are always part of the natural habitat at Juno Beach. Jellyfish season is from March to October. N Nests: It is illegal to harm or harass sea turtles, their nests, or hatchlings, as they are protected under both the Federal Endangered Species Act and Florida law. Specifically, Juno Beach has ordinances in place to protect sea turtles and their habitat, including lighting restrictions to minimize disturbance during nesting season. Noise: The Juno Beach noise ordinance prohibits unreasonable noise disturbances, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM. This includes loud or unreasonable noise, frequent or continuous noise from firearms (between sunset and sunrise), animals, vehicle horns or sirens, and noise from motor vehicle operations. The ordinance also prohibits noise that is plainly audible 150 feet from a property line or through residential walls and windows. P Private Parties: Private parties are available. S Sand: Foot showers are available on the east side of the cabana to rinse off sand from feet. Seaweed: Seaweed cannot be buried or removed from the beach. Outside of the turtle nesting season, from November to March, seaweed can be moved toward the edge of the dunes.
Service Animals: Service Animals must be registered with the POA. No personal pets are permitted at the Beach Club or on the shores of Juno Beach.

Sharks: Sharks are always present but most active when waters get warmer, peaking from June to August.
Showers: Showers, toiletries and towels are located in the outdoor cabana bathroom.
Stone Crab Dinner: Stone Crab Dinners are held throughout the season. Please reference the Season Handbook for dates.
Sunscreen: SPF 40 Sunscreen is available at the cabana.
T Tables: Side tables are available for the sand to place personal items, refreshments and more. Please do not move the tables from the pool deck onto the beach.
Tents: The use of private beach tents is not permitted. Please see a beach attendant to install a beach umbrella for your convenience.
Toiletries: Complimentary toiletries are available in all locker and rest rooms.
Towels: Towels are available at the cabana bar and entry into the ladies and men’s bathrooms. We kindly ask to limit towel usage to one per person.

V Valet: Valet services begin at 9:00 AM and run through 9:00 PM. During special events, Valet will be available until 10:00 PM. The valet shuttle from the Main Club operates daily from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Please request the shuttle by visiting valet or calling 561.593.4411. W Wildlife: The shores of Juno Beach are plentiful with wild life including but not limited to: sharks, sea turtles, jellyfish, man-o-war, birds, and more!
