M Man-O-War: Jellyfish and Man-o-war are always part of the natural habitat at Juno Beach. Jellyfish season is from March to October. N Nests: It is illegal to harm or harass sea turtles, their nests, or hatchlings, as they are protected under both the Federal Endangered Species Act and Florida law. Specifically, Juno Beach has ordinances in place to protect sea turtles and their habitat, including lighting restrictions to minimize disturbance during nesting season. Noise: The Juno Beach noise ordinance prohibits unreasonable noise disturbances, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM. This includes loud or unreasonable noise, frequent or continuous noise from firearms (between sunset and sunrise), animals, vehicle horns or sirens, and noise from motor vehicle operations.
