Specifications
LED lights: all models supplied with (4) ceiling mounted lights. Each, 1.6” (41mm) diameter lens, 220 lumens. Neutral, white light (3500 K color temperature). Feet / Casters: all models supplied with 1” (25mm) rubber feet. Dolly with 3” (76mm) rubber swivel casters, 2 with brakes is available as an add-on option. Power Cord: 6’ (183cm) long cord with NEMA 5-15P plug on 120V models and NEMA 6-15P on 220-240V models. Heating System: Thermostatically controlled hybrid convection – radiant system. 675W heating element, circulating fan, ducted air circulating system with 200W radiant heating element under floor surface. Performance: 90°F (32°C) to 190°F (88°C) temperature range. Recommended Clearances for Enclosures: 1.5” (38mm) on cabinet sides and back. Always maintain at least 1” of space under cabinet to countertop surface. Stacking Requirements: Maximum stacked height shall never exceed 75” (1905mm). All cabinets can be stacked in (2) unit configurations, or a maximum (1) S6 and (2) S4 cabinets per stacked unit. Stacked cabinets must maintain 2” (51mm) spacing using proper stacking kit with proper ventilation.
Cabinet Construction: .063” (1.6mm) thick aluminum body with high-density fiberglass insulation. Flip Doors: .177” (4.5mm) thick polycarbonate with red polymer handles, and multi-position polymer detent hinges. Doors hold open at 120° and 170°, without secondary mechanical support. Cabinets ship standard with flip doors, S4 models open upwards, S6 and S8 models top door upwards and bottom downwards. Doors are field configurable to open up or down based on customer preference and application. Full Doors: .063” (1.6mm) aluminum with welded corners, polycarbonate window, and flush mounted chrome plated high strength magnetic latch with lever action release. Field reversible, double hinged, 180° swing. Optional, can be ordered in lieu of flip doors. Door Gaskets: High temperature, cabinet mounted santoprene gaskets. Removable without tools. Shelves and Pan Slides: .100" (2.5mm) thick aluminum slides & nickel chrome plated wire shelves, adjustable on 1.5” (38mm) increments. Can be installed flat or slanted by approximately 9° or 18° (1 or 2 positions). S4 cabinets include 2 shelf levels, S6 include 3 levels, and S8 models include 4 levels. Useable shelf space is 19” (483mm) x 12” (305mm), when spaced evenly, provides 5.5” (140mm) of useable vertical space. Option to double amount of slides in lieu of shelves, 4 sets for S4 models, 6 sets for S6, and 8 sets for S8 models. Spaced on 3” (76mm) centers.
