Flexibility to switch from one style of food to another throughout the day. • Built-in ceiling vents: with convection airflow keeps crispy food crispy, releasing unwanted humidity given off by the food. • Radiant floor element: helps generate humidity by placing a pan of water on the floor to keep moist foods moist. • LED lighting: improves visibility to help facilitate order picking or to display hot food prominently in display, self serve, or concession applications. • Touchscreen Control Option: displays relative humidity levels inside the cabinet to give the operator valuable feedback and help maintain better food quality. Menu presets help assure repeatability across your operation. Programmable timers help manage holding times and first-in-first-out (FIFO), giving better control over food quality & consistency. Auto ON / OFF feature powers up and down everyday. USB port with built-in HACCP data logging to enhance food safety and save / load customized settings. • Simple Control Option: Electro-mechanical thermostat and simple digital thermometer are a more cost effective option for basic holding needs. • Undercounter: available by adding dolly and full door options. • Free standing: available by adding dolly and stacking kit options.
