IREM 2014 Chapter Presidents
New Jersey Chapter No. 1 Michael Fried, CPM
Michael Fried, CPM, property manager for Boston Properties steps into the role of 2014 presi- dent for New Jersey Chapter No. 1. He has over ten years experience in property management, specializing in Class A office. Michael earned a degree in economics with a concentration in finance from Farleigh Dickenson University and achieved the CPM designation in 2010. Fried has served Chapter No. 1 in various officer and committee positions and was awarded CPM Candidate of the Year in 2009. In 2009 he was also selected as one of the Journal of Prop- erty Management’s “30 under 30” honorees, a distinctive accomplishment. As an active volun- teer for the Red Cross he hosts yearly blood drives for his community. He also finds time to raise funds for Parkinson’s Alliance and Intrepid Fallen Heroes.

Delaware Valley Chapter No. 3 Ingo Kraus, CPM
Ingo Kraus, CPM, regional manager for Altman Management Company, AMO, is responsible for portfolio oversight of properties situated in the Northeast quadrant. Ingo will guide Delaware Valley Chapter No. 3 as its 2014 president utilizing his 32 plus years of experience in finance and property management. A graduate of La Salle University he holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in business. Having served the chapter in every officer position, Ingo was President-elect for 2012-2013 and has chaired the Income/Expense Program for multiple years. Appointed by IREM as 2014 nation- al Chair of Income/Expense, Ingo recently appeared as a featured speaker at the IREM Fall Lead- ership Conference in Scottsdale, AZ. He presented numerous ways the Income/Expense data can be utilized. Kraus is the recipient of the 2008 CPM Candidate of the Year Award; the 2010 Altman Legacy of a Leader Award and 2011 CPM of the Year Award.

Southern New Jersey Chapter No. 101 Darrell Williams, CPM
Darrell Williams, CPM, regional manager for Interstate Realty Management Company, AMO will lead Southern New Jersey Chapter No. 101 for a second term as its president. A 1981 graduate of Temple University, Darrell earned a degree in business administration. He holds several prestigious industry certifications including the CPO designation bestowed through the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the TACC from Quadel. As a regional manager for IRM, Darrell is responsible for 16 properties located throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York totaling more than 2,000 units. Active in IREM, Darrell served as the 2013 chapter president and the 2011 & 2012 chairperson of Income/Ex- pense Program. He received the 2011 CPM of the Year Award from SNJ101.
