Face-to-face activities are more effective compared to online activities as participation and engagement is more observable. Online activities require multiple and repetitive conduct of activities to ensure maximum participation. Doing linking and learning remotely requires multi-modal delivery to be able to reach everyone. Unified documentation process. Providing documentation aspects in all linking and learning activities such as process documentation, methodologies, participants’ insights, facilitating team’s reflections, and participants’ evaluation can help ensure standard and quality of reports. These should be parallel with the linking and learning outcome indicators to efficiently mine information across all events. Conducting online activities should also be considered to identify proper indicators for such channels. In terms of capturing data such as age, gender, and disabilities, not all community members are comfortable sharing such personal information. The L&L team prioritized the organizing and implementing of the activities rather than capturing these types of data during the pandemic.
