Closing One Chapter and Opening a New One: Building a Larger Community of Past and New Grantees YGOAL is extremely grateful to Voice which has remained steadfast in their support for the Linking and Learning project despite the challenges. Voice, in the middle of the darkest time of the pandemic, issued a strong message of assurance and encouragement to the Voice communities, providing the much-needed motivation to continue with the program and advocacies. Their transition to an online mode accentuated the message that they are ready and willing to adapt and enforce the necessary changes to provide continuing and appropriate assistance to the Voice community during difficult times.
This paved the way forward for the Voice PH community, adapting the design of the Linking and Learning process to one that can continue even in the midst of a national and global crisis.
