PROFESSIONAL PENSIONS GUIDE TO NEST, DC AND CORPORATE WRAPS

27 July 2011 Professional Pensions has published its guide to NEST, Defined Contribution and Corporate Wraps. The guide includes a series of chapters covering a range of areas - including how auto-enrolment and other 2012 reforms will change the face of corporate DC provision and why UK businesses must start planning for 2012 as a matter of urgency. It also outlines how to design the perfect workplace DC scheme as well as the "magnificent seven" outcomes that could come from workplace pension reforms over the coming years. In addition to this, the guide also takes a look at DC scheme member communication - assessing what best-in-class looks like and how to achieve this - as well as assessing how workplace savings platforms (wraps) can help improve your offering to staff. As well as this, the guide has a range of sections on investment innovation for DC schemes - looking at the rise of target date funds and managing risk in the pre-retirement phase. The guide also includes interviews with DC scheme managers - L'Oréal Pension Scheme compensation and benefits director Matthew Scott and BMS World Mission director of finance and corporate services David Locke - looking at how their schemes have addressed the changing landscape for DC and their plans for the future.
