The amounts in the first two bullet points represent the standard personal allowance for 2011-12 plus the income tax band for the basic rate and higher rate for 2011-12 respectively. This guidance supersedes all previous guidance published on the effect of the changes enacted under ss35 and 36 and Schedule 8 to the Finance Act 2011 . Further guidance can also be found in the Employment Income Manual from EIM21900 onwards.
NEW CHILDCARE VOUCHER SCHEME IMPACT ASSESSMENT SURVEY
24 August 2011 As you will all now be aware the new childcare voucher regulations came into force from 6 April 2011. The CIPP would like to understand what the impact if any, these new regulations have had on you as payroll professionals and as employers. We would therefore be grateful if you would spare us five minutes to answer a couple of questions in the following survey . 2 March 2012 The new childcare voucher regulations have been in force since 6 April 2011. The CIPP surveyed members shortly after the regulations came in to understand what impact they were having. Now that members have been working the new regulations for almost 12 months we would like to understand if members' opinions have changed over time. We would be very grateful if you could spare five minutes to complete this survey which will close on 16 March 2012.
