GUARANTEES All bulls are sold as guaranteed breeders. All heif- ers are sold guaranteed open. Additional terms and guarantees are included in the terms and conditions at the back of the catalog. DELIVERY Free delivery on bulls for the first 300 miles, All other deliveries at cost. There is a $50 per head rebate on bulls taken home within a week from the ranch. Any animals left for delivery will be delivered from the ranch to be delivered within a week of the sale date in accordance with the Seller or picked up by the Buyer in accordance with the Seller. There will be no free delivery on heifers but we can help with arrangement if needed. As al- ways please make sure we have solid delivery in- stuctions no matter if we have been there before or not. All bulls will have a health and fertility exam, per- formed by a licensed veterinarian, prior to the sale. Heifers have been Bangs vaccinated and had preg guard 10. Health certificates will be obtained for in - terstate transportation, if necessary. Arrangements for any other health requirements will be made sale day, according to terms agreed upon by both buyer and seller. All semen and bull soundness exams performed by Dr. Lane Schmidt DVM. TERMS OF THE SALE Terms of the sale are cash. Payment will need to be made before any cattle leave the ranch. BRAND INSPECTIONS Brand inspections will be available on sale day.
