“What Generations Are Built On”
ANDERSON CATTLE COMPANY REGISTERED SIMMENTAL
Welcome to New Beginnings! Even in the midst of fall activities, I’m reminded that calving season is always my favorite time of year. That newborn is the fruit of all the efforts that go into a mating decision aimed at creating the right genetic combination to propel a program forward. Each calf is an opportunity for the future. It’s what generations are built on! Life has brought us our own new beginning. Laura and I enjoy being parents and watching Sawyer grow. As life is transitioning for us, we’re offering the opportunity to acquire breeding pieces from this cowherd that has been intentionally developed to optimize physical and numerical traits. The overall goal has been to produce problem- free cattle with progressive indexes along with a quality phenotype, placing extra emphasis on structural soundness and udder design. This combination of priorities makes these cattle well-suited to compete or to produce offspring that will excel in a phenotype and genotype show. The generations that are represented throughout this sale showcase the influence of cow families. Notable highlights include descendents of Hook’s Upper Limit 117U (the dam of Denver champions Hook’s Bella B72 and Hook’s/JRA Demi 605D), WS Miss Sugar C4, and RCC Countess C5106. When paired with bulls at the forefront of genetic progress, these cattle are the productive kind that make significant contributions in a herd. To create genetic building blocks in the next calfcrop, three new sires were sampled this year. WBF Patton K059 and Schooley Judgment 68J stood out with unique pedigrees, strong growth predictors, and top-tier $Gain figures while not sacrificing other important production traits. The Angus bull, RSA True Balance, offered intrigue in much the same way with the advantage of adding heterosis. It’s exciting to think about the potential of these matings along with that of the calves coming out of previously tested bulls. We invite you to join us Wednesday, November 19th, on DV Auction. Please feel welcome to stop by and look at the cattle or call with questions about the offering. Your interest and consideration is greatly appreciated! Each one of these animals represents a new beginning with fresh genetic potential and will serve as a foundation upon which generations can be built for many years to come.
Trucking Every effort will be made to assist in coordinating the most economical transportation for delivery of purchases. EPDs The EPDs shown are genomically enhanced. Lot 21, 913G, is the only one who has not had a DNA sample submitted for testing and analysis. Herd Health Cattle health is a priority. The herd has been tested for BVD PI, Johnnes, and Leukosis over the last several years as a proactive measure. There has never been a clinical case diagnosed of any of those diseases; and all animals selling have either tested negative or are out of dams that have tested negative. The herdbulls and donors which have been brought in originated from herds undergoing the same testing. All other entries have been from frozen genetics. The calves have been double vaccinated with clostridial, viral, and pasteurella vaccines. Prior to breeding, annual clostridial and viral boosters were given to the heifers and cows. All pregnant cattle will have received vaccination for scours prevention before movement after the sale. Products for internal and external parasite control will also have been applied to the whole herd. For more information: Jason’s Cell (320) 368-3114

It’s rare that a direct daughter out of WS Miss Sugar C4 is offered for sale. Here’s an opportunity to acquire one! Happy Hour benefitted from both sides of her pedigree by receiving her sire’s performance while also being blessed with her dam’s calving ease and maternal genetics. She transmits the same way. Her calves hit the ground small and just explode from that moment on. AI Sire: WBF Patton K059 on 4/27/25 • Due: 2/6/26 Est. Hook’s Bella and Hook’s/JRA Demi have been two amazing SimAngus females. These full sisters winning Denver proved the mating of W/C United and Hook’s Upper Limit was truly legendary. When Nirvana was born, there was hope she could be the descendent to find a new pinnacle of success. As she continues to develop, she’s not just really good. . .she’s astonishing! There’s no other way to put it. Her looseness of structure and the way she steps down on a big foot while standing on extra substance of bone is something to behold. She’s so robust in her rib cage and powerful from end to end yet ties it together in a feminine, maternal package. She’s the one! This is an opportunity to tie into an outcross three-quarter blood who can make purebred progeny with striking phenotype. One-half embryo interest only is selling in this physically imposing individual.
