Derived from: Methylene Urea, urea, sulfate of potash, ferrous sulphate, ferrous oxide, manganese sulfate, manganese oxide, zinc sulphate, zinc oxide copper sulphate, copper oxide, boric acid, calcium-magnesium carbonate. **8.1% slowly available nitrogen from methylene urea Chlorine (Cl): Not more than 2.0% F 352 DIRECTIONS FOR USE: • Apply only as Directed. Apply 5.0 lbs of product per 1,000 ft. 2 (.50 lbs. actual Nitrogen). Applications should be made at minimum intervals of 4 weeks. • Apply 19-0-17 any time when the turf needs fertilizer. Watering in is recommended to assist in working the product into the turf. • Allow 5-7 days before seeing a visual response from the application. Use a clean dry spreader. Do not leave unused product in a spreader. • Store in a clean, dry location. Partially used bags should be closed by folding over the open end and securing. • Information regarding the contents and levels of metals in this product is available on the Internet at http://www.aapfco.org/metals, or by calling 1-866-499-0695.
Notice: This product contains the secondary nutrient iron. Iron may stain concrete surfaces and should not be applied on dry or water dampened concrete and should be removed from these areas promptly after application by sweeping or blowing. Do not wash off with water

First Aid : If in Eyes: Flush with water for 15 minutes. Call a doctor for treatment advice if irritation persists. If on Skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Launder clothing before reuse. If Inhaled: Remove affected person from source of exposure. Call 911 if breathing is difficult. If Ingested: Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention. Have the product label with yo u when calling a doctor or going for treatment.
