GPA: When we spoke previously, you both described your polar opposite personalities and approaches to business. How have your differences been an asset as you established the company? Have they ever been an obstacle? Graham: I have an engineering background which has been valuable when it comes to relating a client’s requirements to the design of our product, and a long career in sales leadership positions in enterprise technology companies, where I focused the business on the client outcomes.
Kevin: I’ve had IT leadership roles in services and development, working in small and enterprise organisations as well as working for UK defense, bringing a holistic view to the delivery a product to a breadth of customers and having a detail eye on information security. Graham: We debate... we argue at length with our specific points of view... and ultimately agree on the key things needed to drive the business and product direction. This is an asset though at times frustrating however we have always found a common solution or direction based on these detailed interactions.
