GPA: You’ve spent the past eight years building a really robust global payroll platform and organically growing your business through word of mouth. Do you have any tips for gaining and maintaining professional respect? Kevin: Honesty, say what you are going to do and deliver well. Our design goal is to deliver applications that require zero user coding, just configuration so anybody can set the platform up for a client. Whether it is GL Journals, HCM data feeds, payment files or a simple gross-to-net report. We have taken the longer road, which is to build a platform focused on process and accurately managing data.
