Pay Transparency regulations are on their way for employers with people in the EU and as an increasing number of firms begin to look at the requirements in detail, many are wishing they had done so sooner as they realise their full scale and scope – and its proving to be more than a little scary for some!
Imagine if you can a world where employees can see exactly how their pay is set, managed and progressed, where they can see how much is on offer for any advertised roles and they can compare that with their own pay.

Now imagine that most of the above applies even if you only have a handful of employees in a country!
