Two chefs will face off in an ingredient-specific battle. Guests will have the opportunity to try portions from local restaurants featuring appetizers, desserts, and mocktails while the battle commences. downtown • sioux falls • 7:30 p.m. The 33rd Annual Parade of Lights is a festive time to unite with loved ones as lighted floats go by downtown Sioux Falls. Grand Marshal and awards are to follow. Carols, cocoa, and the official lighting of the Downtown Holiday Tree will all be a part of this annual Christmas kickoff at 5:30 p.m. at the corner of 11th Street and Main Avenue outside of the Washington Pavilion .
