patient safety culture survey results Northern Sydney Local Health District’s excellent culture has become clear for all to see, with more than 72 per cent of NSLHD staff rating patient safety as ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’ in the recent Patient Safety Culture Survey (PSCS).
