At Hospice of Stanly, we created a new name to better reflect the expansion of services provided to our community. The addition of palliative care means that we can assist more members of our community and families with compassionate care for serious illness. We will continue the same high-quality care you’ve come to expect from our organization for more than 40 years. The board of directors, staff, and volunteers of Tillery Compassionate Care remains steadfastly committed to the patients and families we serve. We remain committed to the communities we serve. The person-centered care we deliver enables our patients and families who are living with a serious or life-limiting illness to be surrounded with compassion and support that promotes dignity, courage, and peace. That commitment to community fuels our desire for growth And the care we deliver is of the highest quality. We achieved a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) We were awarded the recognition of Hospice Honors Hospice of Stanly received a 10 out of 10 on the Hospice Care Index (CMS) outperforming the North Carolina average score of 9.4 and the national average of 8.8.
